39: An invitation to stand together
In my last newsletter I shared how I practice Oneness every day.
Many readers wrote back with the same question:
How can I experience this practice more deeply?
Daily practice at home already brings many positive changes.
But sometimes practicing together in a quiet environment allows the body to settle much more deeply. Without the usual distractions of daily life, the nervous system begins to relax in ways that are difficult to reach when practicing alone.
For the first time, we are introducing the traditionalSeven-Day Breakthrough training in the United States.(for deatils, please review previous newsletters: onenessinstitute.org/articles #35,36,37)
Seven-Day Breakthrough Retreat
May 5-12
A quiet week to allow the body to rediscover effortlessness.
The retreat will take place in a peaceful setting where participants can practice without the usual distractions of daily life.
For readers of this newsletter we are offering30% offboth the Two-Day Training and the Seven-Day Breakthrough Retreat.

For those who cannot attend the full retreat:
Two-Day Training
May 8-9
What usually happens during the retreat
Many participants arrive feeling tired, stressed, or simply curious about the practice.
Most people also arrive wondering whether they will be able to stand for so many hours.
But something surprising often happens.
As the body begins to relax, standing gradually becomes easier.
The mind becomes quieter.
And many participants begin to enjoy the stillness.
The retreat isnot about pushing yourself.
It is about allowing the body to rediscover effortlessness.
The days follow a simple rhythm:
standing practice
rest
meals
quiet time
Between sessions we slow down together — sometimes sharing tea, sometimes simply enjoying the quiet.
We will also taste the difference between everyday tea leaves and tea brewed from ancient tea trees more than 500 years old.
Like ancient tea trees that grow quietly for centuries, the body also reveals its depth when given time and stillness.
Many people arrive simply curious about the practice.
By the end of the week, they realize the body already knew what to do.
Who usually joins
People come for different reasons.
Some want to reset their body and mind.
Some want to deepen a practice they already started.
Some are simply curious about what this ancient practice actually feels like.
No experience is required.
Many participants come with nothing more than curiosity.
A tradition being introduced
Traditionally, this kind of training was learned through long-term study directly with a teacher.
Introducing it in the West is still at a very early stage, so these first small retreats are a special opportunity to experience the practice in its original spirit.
Registration
Because the group is intentionally small so each participant can receive guidance, spaces are limited.
The first session currently has8 spots remaining.
If the retreat resonates with you, you’re warmly welcome to join us.
