The Simple Self-Healing Secret
You Were Never Supposed to know
For thousands of years, Oneness Standing was a closely guarded secret among Taoist and Kung Fu masters.
That changed in 1950:

Founder of Dacheng Quan
GRANDMASTER WANG XIANGZHAI
Founder of Dacheng Quan (“The Great Accomplishment Fist”), overcame childhood illness to become one of the greatest Kung Fu masters. In 1950, he publicly introduced Zhan Zhuang—standing still like a tree—as the core practice for cultivating inner energy and healing.
His teachings helped tens of thousands recover from chronic illness by unlocking the body’s natural self-healing power.
Notable disciples include Grandmaster Wang Xuanjie and Kenichi Sawai, who introduced the practice to Japan as Taikiken. Sawai’s teachings influenced many Japanese martial artists, including early Kyokushinkai Karate practitioners.

A Second Generation of Dacheng Quan
GRANDMASTER WANG XUANJIE
Who overcame poor health in his youth, rose to become a leading Kung Fu master and a key figure in the second generation of Dacheng Quan, Through more than ten books, he preserved and clarified its essential teachings.
As Zhan Zhuang gained popularity across China, many began distorting its original simplicity. Grandmaster Wang called for a return to its authentic essence—one rooted in non-doing, non-attachment, and natural wholeness beyond form.
His vision laid the foundation for what would become the
Dacheng Lichan (Oneness) Practice
, later formalized and shared widely by his disciple, Grandmaster Yu Hongkun to help others rediscover deep healing, inner balance, and awakened living

GRANDMASTER YU
A former Sanda (Chinese MMA) champion, began his lifelong pursuit of a truly effective, universal practice through the path of Dacheng Quan, where he became a third-generation disciple under Grandmaster Wang Xuanjie.
His journey evolved from martial mastery to deep spiritual cultivation—a path known in China as
“由武入道”meaning entering the Tao through martial arts.
Building on his teacher’s legacy, Grandmaster Yu founded the
Dacheng Lichan (Oneness) Institute
and authored seven books to share this ancient wisdom—helping people heal, grow, and cultivate the spirit.

LD CHEN
A former entrepreneur, suffered in his early 30s from heart disease, asthma, liver issues, anxiety, burnout, back pain, and leg numbness—with no lasting relief from medicine or other practices.
Determined to heal, he spent over ten years in relentless search—until he discovered Oneness, a book by
Grandmaster Yu Hongkun, Under Grandmaster Yu’s guidance, LD not only healed physically but also found emotional peace and spiritual awakening. In 2016, he became a formal disciple and a fourth-generation inheritor of Dacheng Quan.
.
A graduate of NYU’s Executive MBA program and now based in the U.S., LD leads the Oneness Institute
across America and Europe—carrying forward the lineage with a mission to help 100 million people
heal, awaken, and live meaningful lives.

In today’s fast-paced world, pain, fatigue, anxiety, and burnout have become the norm. For the younger generation, screen addiction and disconnection only make things worse.
According to the World Health Organization, there are over 55,000 known diseases—yet many have no effective treatment. For rare diseases alone, 95% lack an FDA-approved cure, This reality shows why we need a new path—not more treatment, but a return to something deeper.
Oneness is that return.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and refined over generations, Oneness unites stillness and movement, energy and awareness, body and mind. It doesn’t fight the body—it helps it remember how to heal.
Our goal is to share Oneness with 100 million people worldwide.
"There’s no greater reward than seeing the light return to a student’s face—the joy, the hope—and watching them begin to lift others as well"-LD Chen
It needs something real—time-tested, effective, and beyond healing
A return to simplicity. A return to Oneness.
