38: How I Actually Practice Oneness Every Day?

Many readers ask me a simple question:

How can I practice Oneness like you do?

The truth is, when I first started, I wasn’t searching for peace or wisdom.

My mental and physical health were in crisis, and I simply wanted my life back.

Today people often ask how someone can enjoy deep, spa-like daily practice, experience change layer by layer, feel anger dissolve, develop deep awareness, and live without constantly trying to control stress — even in a high-pressure environment.

From my experience, there arefour simple keys.

1. Practice right — find effortlessness

After reading the book that introduced me to this practice, I visited Grandmaster Yu and learned the details directly.

Practicing right doesnotmean forcing the posture.

The posture is important — but it is only preparation.

Practicing right means allowing the body to settle intoeffortlessness.

When the body finds this state, standing stops feeling like an exercise and begins to feel surprisingly comfortable.

2. Practice daily — let time do the work

Daily practice is like water dropping onto a stone — day after day.

At the beginning, my health crisis pushed me to stand every day because I desperately wanted to recover.

But over time something changed.

Instead of discipline, the practice gradually became something Ilook forward to— a deep, spa-like peace that quietly resets the body and mind.

One of the beautiful things about this practice is how simple it is to continue.

You can stand almost anywhere.

At home.
In a quiet corner of the office.
Even while traveling, in front of a breathtaking view.

No equipment.
No sweating.
No need to drive somewhere to practice.

Sometimes I stand for thirty minutes.
Sometimes only five minutes.

What matters most iscontinuity.

Over time, those small moments compound.

3. Breakthrough — building the foundation

Although daily practice is essential, my situation at the time was very challenging.

My health was fragile, and my work was extremely stressful.

So I joined aSeven-Day Breakthrough.

That experience helped me establish a completely new foundation. After that, my daily practice became much more stable and enjoyable.

4. Bring it into life

Oneness is not separate from life.

The real transformation happens when clarity and calm begin to carry into work, family, and ordinary moments.

Ways We Can Support Your Practice

More and more readers have written to share the changes they are experiencing, and I’m deeply encouraged.

That’s why we'llTHE WATCHthis weel, a small practice community where people support one another in maintaining daily consistency. If you are already practicing from the book and want to stay consistent, you are warmly welcome to stand with us, email [email protected]

A weekly 30 mins meeting with LD(10 mins standing, 10 mins sharing, 10 mins Q&A)

I’m also preparing thethird book, which will focus entirely on how to practice and explain the essential details.

When someone practices daily and begins to truly enjoy standing, a natural question appears:

How deep can this go?

In my next newsletter, I’ll share how people explore that question together.

Practice right.
Practice daily.
Let the change unfold.
